I’m Shay, an art and creative director with over a decade of experience in branding, experiential design, and integrated campaigns.
I believe the best ideas don’t just look good—they mean something. Design and storytelling should work in harmony, where every color, typeface, and layout choice serves a purpose. Whether I’m leading a brand refresh, crafting an immersive activation, or pitching a big idea, I’m always chasing that perfect balance of concept and execution.
I’ve led creative for brands like CommonSpirit Health, ArchWell Health, Marriott Hotels and Salesforce, developing art and campaigns that make an impact. At Faktory, I helped rebrand the agency, which increased social engagement by 300% and preceded its most profitable year—a shift that played a role in its $10M acquisition. From large-scale experiential design to digital storytelling, I love turning abstract ideas into something tangible, beautiful, and effective.
Outside of work, I find inspiration in nature and with headphones on (though rarely together at the same time)—hiking up mountains, rolling through the streets on skates, or getting lost in music. Before design took over, I was an award-winning pianist with a college scholarship. These days, my audience consists mostly of my houseplants and cats.
